We areseeking an EXPERIENCED Assistant Service Manager who is an energetic team player and motivated to work in a busy- growing new RV dealership, join our team in our brand-new State of the Art facility.

Must work weekends (Tuesday Wednesday off)

Salary Range $66000-$75000 yearly

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customers’ experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.
• Organizes and understands all information pertaining to the department to ensure an efficient and profitable department.
• Utilizes all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
• Resolves all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
• Performs multiple tasks simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines and expectations.
• Creates a positive environment by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating and rewarding Service Department employees.
• Dispatching work between technicians.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

What abilities we are looking for:

• Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Team Leadership: Assisting in the supervision and management of the service team. This may include providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Workflow Management: Coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and managing work orders efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining service quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Implementing procedures to improve service efficiency.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on service performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing insights to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communication: Collaborating with other departments, communicating with vendors, and ensuring effective communication within the service team.
• Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving escalated customer issues, technical challenges, or service-related problems.
• Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of service personnel, keeping them updated on new products, technologies, and service procedures.
